As the father of a biracial daughter who has attended this gym for almost a year I can tell you that all it would have taken was a phone call to handle that without running to Google to post screenshots like a 🐈. And for him to say something through a keyboard he wouldn't say out loud in mixed company makes him a 🐈 too. It's sad that the kids have to pay the price split friendships and find a new gyms because two grown men want to play internet tough guys SMH

Hometown gym that provides attention for the entire family. Safety is made priority while beginners are thoughtfully shown the progression s to each building block. Much care is given to ensure the climate is comfortable to the novice, but enough challenge to promote growth. The effort and consistency shown throughout our time here is well appreciated and keeps us coming back.

I joined after not training for a year. I felt welcome by the coaches and other students on the first day. The gym is kept clean, everyone is respectful, and the environment is beginner friendly. I've also noticed that the coaches welcome the more advanced students and ensure they can work on their technique no matter who's on the mat. I highly recommend this gym, especially to those who are new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
