  This is the place for your kids!! We went thru 3 different Cobra Kai douchbag run Jiu Jitsu places before we finally found Rio Pro! Eric the manager is the best! He was teaching the kids classes when we were there. He is warm, friendly, and understanding. He thoroughly listened to our previous experiences and current concerns. He's a father so he understands children, and teaches the class at developmentally age appropriate levels. Most importantly you can tell he likes kids and is very patient with them. My son is a handful but I could tell Eric genuinely liked him. My son aged out at the same time we moved away other wise I would be taking him to the adult class there now. P.S. stay far away from Hurricane Jiu Jitsu in cleveland!!!

  Recently became a member. I knew Coach Stephen a while and finally came in to train, once I cleared my schedule. The hospitality and the way Vlad & the team has welcomed me has been unmatched! I was searching for the perfect fit and I’ve found it with RIO PRO!!

  High quality instruction and facilities. Tight and disciplined group. Really enjoyed my visit here while my gym was closed. I feel like they're almost too successful though. Class size was pretty big compared to the mat area. Had to constantly be aware of others rolling nearby.

  I joined Rio Pro in Fairview, I then had a major car accident and contacted them and left a detailed voicemail to cancel as my 12 month’s membership was already up and they received my voicemail yet ignored it and continued to charge me for SEVEN months knowing full well I was in a major car accident. If you ever sign a contract and somehow have a major accident even if you prove it they will not stop charging you / refund you and knowing you’re injured they will still only offer you “ credit” when you can’t even work out. I am pursuing legal action but want to warn everyone that if something happens to you these people will do anything to take advantage of you and make money off of you at your hardest hour with absolutely no business ethic whatsoever. Again they ignored my detailed voicemail and didn’t sent me instructions or a cancellation form and I had to keep following up and they kept charging me month to month knowing full well I requested to cancel and just couldn’t make it to their location. No call back, no email, not until today. Absolutely horrendous. BEWARE

  I dropped in to the Beechwood location for a no gi class. The black belt instructor, Ante, was very polite and welcoming. His instruction was easy to understand and the techniques he taught were great. All the members were friendly and fun to roll with. Great vibe. I'll definitely go back.
