This gym is awesome. Top level coaches, top level fighters. I live in Jax Florida, while visiting family in the valley I popped in for a Muay Thai class. Everyone made me feel so at home. Will definitely be training out of this gym whenever I'm in the valley. Thank you all.

I’ve been training under this Academy for several years now and I recommend this to anybody who is ready to start on there MMA or Fitness journey. This gym provides a sense a family and we all do our very best to help one another improve in all aspects of this sport. Coach Jeff does an amazing job creating different sorts of workouts as well as find ways to make each training session fun and exciting. I highly recommend this Gym to anyone who is eager to learn a new martial art or simply get fit and healthy.

Their Coffee and Chin***os events on Saturday are awesome! I visit from another gym and I am always treated like I'm just as much of a part of the family as everyone. The coaches are awesome and know what they're doing. They know what time of day it is. You will find more than just a great gym, you will find a community.

The RGVFA Academy A.K.A The Barn is an amazing place to get back in to shape, learn MMA, train for competition, learn self defense, and much more. The coaches are talented have plenty of experience and are full of knowledge. The training partners are talented and mixed of different fighting backgrounds and the whole gym just has a good family feel too it. Highly recommended checking it out for yourself

Fantastic place to learn martial arts from. The coaching staff (Jeff Fong and Abram Torres) are experienced coaches and fighters, which matters a lot when it comes to coaching. They are both knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to their craft and their students. The environment if very friendly and welcoming. Everyone is like a family and we try our best to take care of each other in the gym. RGVFA is also partnered with SOTX Brazilian Jujitsu and BloodPack Muay Thai which allows for different disciplines and a wider range of techniques to learn. Overall, in my two years of attending, I could not recommend any better school for martial arts. This is perfect for experienced fighters and newcomers alike and everyone in between. Joining RGVFA or “The Barn” was easily the best choice I’ve ever made.
