The trainers are very dedicated and they made me feel very comfortable as a women training at an MMA gym. Everybody was very respectful and the lessons are very well taught. I definitely broke a sweat within the first 10mins of being there. It’s 10/10 I highly recommend if you are a female who’s nervous of MMA gyms. The people are very knowledgeable and kind.
