One of the best decision’s I’ve ever made is join this gym, it’s given me stability & direction. Shaun has created an easy going atmosphere, while maintaining a high level in the gym & it’s full off friendly helpful people! It’s a real hidden gem of Redcar so get yourself down & learn something new :)

Really welcoming club with incredibly experienced coaches. Beginner sessions are really accessible, kids groups are excellently delivered and there's a really enthusiastic supportive atmosphere in all sessions.

Started training at Redcar BJJ a year ago, would highly recommended it to anyone thinking of starting, best decision I made. All coaches are really knowledgeable and there to help! Everyone who trains there are very helpful and approachable to.
