Pure Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is absolutely outstanding! Professors Catherine and Nicholas are world-class trainers who bring incredible knowledge, passion, and care to every class. The gym itself is amazing—brand new, super clean, and well-equipped. What really sets this place apart is the community. The students and parents truly feel like a family, creating such a welcoming and positive environment. While they provide top-notch instruction for adults, they are especially incredible and stand out with the children. Their patience, dedication, and ability to teach and inspire kids are unmatched. A special shoutout to Efrain at the front desk—he is one of the most attentive people I’ve ever encountered. Extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

Our whole family trains at Pure Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and welcoming the facility is. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also have a passion for teaching that is evident in every class. They are world-renowned black belts, which speaks to the high level of instruction you’ll find here. My wife and I attend the adult classes, and I also take part in the strength and conditioning program, which has been a game-changer for my overall fitness. The program is well-structured and complements Jiu Jitsu training perfectly. What truly sets Pure apart is their kids program. It’s hands down the best in the area. Our son and daughter both train here, and it’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown in confidence, discipline, and skill. Knowing that black belts are teaching them gives us peace of mind that they’re learning the best techniques in a safe and fun environment. The sense of community at Pure is incredible. Everyone — from the instructors to the students — and other parents treats each other with respect and support. We’ve found more than just a gym here; we’ve found a second family. If you’re looking for a top-notch Jiu Jitsu academy for yourself or your kids, I can’t recommend Pure Brazilian Jiu Jitsu enough!

My 13-year-old daughter recently started training at Pure Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The instruction is truly top-notch, with highly skilled and patient coaches who focus on technique and personal growth. The atmosphere is welcoming, and they provide a great balance of discipline and encouragement, making it an ideal place for young learners. The facilities are also fantastic—clean, modern, and well-maintained. It’s clear that they prioritize the safety and comfort of their students. We’ve already seen a boost in my daughter’s confidence and physical fitness, and we’re excited to continue her journey here. Highly recommend Pure Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for anyone looking for high-quality martial arts training!

We initially signed our kids up for Jiu-Jitsu, and soon after, my wife and I joined as well. Jiu-Jitsu has helped our children become more confident both on and off the mat. The Professors know how to challenge the kids physically and mentally without pushing them to the point of burnout. I wish I had started sooner, but I’m grateful I was introduced to the sport under the guidance of Professor Catherine and Professor Nick. They have created something truly special with the PURE community. It’s welcoming, supportive, and continues to grow. Five stars all day!

Great place to train. Prof Catherine and Nick are great people. The students are friendly and welcoming. Facility is clean! Wipe your feet with provided wipes before you step on the mats. Huge washroom with baby changer and locker room with showers. If you're injured they have Flux Performance Therapy with Dr. Michael in the back to help you get to 100%. Don't want to do bjj but want to get stronger or just work out? Go check out pure strength and conditioning with coach Matt Miles. Just wanna hang? Grab a seat and get the acai from Vovo's!
