  I have trained at a lot of different gyms. As a life long martial artist and deep ties to the world of Mixed Martial Arts, I can tell you 10th Planet Chicago one of the very best places I have ever trained. Top notch instruction, functional jiujitsu no matter what you are looking for, sport, fitness, self-defense, you are good to go. The gym is ego free and full of people looking to reach their full potential in life and using jiujitsu as the path to greatness. If you haven't checked it out, you are missing out on life!

  More than a gym, it's a home away from home to everyone that makes that important decision to walk through the door. 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu Chicago is a room full of technically proficient Monsters, world class instructors and family that has built a bond that truly embodies the fact that martial arts impacts your life far beyond the techniques you learn. This place not only turned into a formidable Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, it saved my life and I know it can do the same for you.

  What an amazing gym! I roll into town every few months and I always make time to train at this gym. I walk in and I’m greeted like an old friend. Coach Passini is awesome! Super guy! There is something special about this place. Can’t say enough great things about this place. If you want to start your BJJ journey, this is the place to do it.

  Coach Josh is dedicated to his craft and his students. From day one he made me feel welcome within his gym. The team is also a group of awesome individuals who make the experience even better. If you are looking to learn about BJJ/wrestling, I could not recommend this place and coach Josh enough. Great coach, great atmosphere, and awesome teammates.

  Awesome gym was in town and dropped in for a visit. Great vibes and environment very down to earth Instructor with very insightful grappling knowledge definitely check it out if you are in the area!
