I have been attending kickboxing classes twice a week for three years and personal 1-1 for two years and really enjoy both and now a Green Belt hoping to progress and improve my martial arts. Liam spends time on planning different class plans for each class but the personal 1-1 training is more planned for your own improvements. The 1-1 training is really good for improving your techniques. Liam takes time to explain each drill and the techniques behind them. The warmups really improve your fitness and stamina. I would highly recommend Liam for anyone interested in joining the club or thinking about doing personal 1-1 training.

I first approached Liam about 2 years ago as I was struggling with lower back and hip pain! He planned sessions around my capability and fitness, which have both increased immensely. Last year, much to my amazement at the age of 50 something, he coached me through to my first belt and I'm now working towards my next! Really enjoy the sessions, the pragmatic approach and the all-round support and wisdom! Thanks Liam

Ive been doing 121s with Liam since 2022 and cant recommend them enough. Patient, highly knowledgeable, and affordable. Our sessions have improved my fight IQ, fitness and overall confidence. Last year I started sessions with my 10 year old daughter, Liam is great with kids and she loved every minute of it. Highly recommend

Ive been going to the classes for almost 2 years and after an injury, I've been doing 121's with Liam for about a year. Liam is the most supportive and patient coach you could ever ask for. When I have difficulty doing a technique, he'll find a way to alter it so its more comfortable for me. He will help build plans and gives amazing advice. I always highly recommend Liam and the classes, whenever I talk about it or someone asks me. If I'm ever unsure or doing something not quite right, Liam will take the time to go through and explain in depth and its helped no end on helping correct my forms and getting into better techniques when training.

Liam is a first class coach. Calm, extremely knowledgeable, and very clear in how he teaches. All sessions are well structured, totally tailored to where I'm at and technical without being overwhelming. I’ve made real solid progress in my 121 sessions and always leave feeling like I’ve learned something useful. Totally recommend!

Liam has been coaching me now for around 2+ years and I must say, his establishment is nothing short of remarkable. Everyone is friendly, no egos, just good memories and fantastic training.
