  PQ Jiu Jitsu is amazing! The coaches are patient, positive, and really connect with the kids. My kids have gained so much confidence and look forward to every class. A great balance of learning jiu jitsu skills while building respect and discipline. Highly recommend!

  We LOVE PQ! Could not recommend Chris and his team more. They are so supportive and encouraging, helping both of my sons increase their skills and confidence both inside and outside of the classroom. Our kids always look forward to a jiu-jitsu night. Highly recommend signing up your kids!

  We absolutely love this place! The owners, a wonderful husband-and-wife team, are amazing—genuine, down-to-earth, and always a pleasure to talk with. This isn’t just a Jiu-Jitsu gym that happens to offer kids’ classes—it’s truly kid-focused, with a program designed to help children grow both on and off the mat. Since starting, my kids’ confidence and body awareness have improved so much. They can’t wait for every class, and I couldn’t be happier with the positive, supportive environment here. Highly recommend!

  Had never tried jit-jitsu and so happy I did! This is a good workout and lots of fun! Instructor is patient and helpful to someone taking this on for the first time! Also highly recommend the kids classes!

  We LOVE PQ Jiu-Jitsu. Chris and the team are so great with this program. My 5YO has been gaining skills to deal with his BIG emotions. He is proud to show us when he learns how to do some new movements he learns. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is interested in having their child try jiu-jitsu!
