Absolutely amazing GYM!! The trainer and the assistant trainers are characterized by specialist knowledge and empathy. It's always fun to be part of the Ponsagon family - there's never a lack of laughter alongside the amazing training ;-)

I highly recommend the Ponsagon Gym in Baden/Wohlen! Tom and his team do a truly outstanding job and offer a training atmosphere that's both professional and welcoming. The training plans are individually tailored to the needs of the members. I particularly appreciate the personal attention and the positive, motivating atmosphere throughout the gym. You feel truly well looked after and supported here, whether you're a beginner or a professional. If you're looking for a gym where you're not just trained but also valued as a person, this is the right place!
