Beautiful area, always very well-maintained and tidy. The trainers try to accommodate your individual abilities as often as possible and thus optimize your physical performance. Furthermore, everyone is in a good mood, has already achieved a lot in life, and knows what they're talking about when they give you advice. I can highly recommend it to everyone, young and old.

The functional fitness classes are excellent and a lot of fun! The instructors pay attention to correct exercise execution and posture. The value for money is excellent! Suitable for all ages 🏋🏽‍♀️
