  I dropped in for a class on Monday. Coach Don was fantastic and I picked up a few things. I highly recommend this school for anyone in the area

  Best school i have been to. Don, Matt, and Michael are great teachers who care about their students. It's a place where you feel at home and actually excited to go and train. Everyone is kind, loves BJJ, is helpful, and are just overall great people. Being a women training here, I have never felt safer and taken care of than I do when I am here. The school keeps growing and I would recommend them anyday to anyone who really wants to learn. Thanks for everything Guys you are the best :)

  They run awesome morning classes where you'd get the chance to train with people of different skill levels. I love that the mats are always kept clean, and that people are friendly and fierce. Matt and Don foster a great environment for skill development and technique acquisition.

  They're like home. Place is spacious and the mats are always clean. Best of all, the training vibe is always right. They make you feel welcome from the moment you cross the door. I've been training at Parsippany BJJ for about 6 years, and I all I have are good memories and a bunch of friends. They have classes everyday, mornings and evenings. And in case you're feeling like you need to catch up they have weekends too. All in all it's a great place to start your jiujitsu journey. 337% recommended

  Both Don and Matt are incredible instructors. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient. The facility is conveniently located near both Rt. 80 and 287. The facility is very clean and well maintained and it is a very beginner friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

  Don and Matt are great BJJ practitioners. They have great knowledge of the sport as well as the self-defense aspect. This is not like other schools that might smash new people who come in. They have a great curriculum here and I would recommend it to everyone!

  Mat is one of the best instructors I have the pleasure to work with, I have recently had a shoulder injury, and he was extremely careful to not re injured my weak side, furthermore, Mat is an exercise science expert and a performance enhancement specialist, who understand the human body like few can. Which is a plus , because he is extremely careful of our progress while keep protecting our limbs, with proper warm ups, drills, and cool downs. That few or non schools offer. His patience and respect will uplift anyone who is in need of self confidence and self respect. His techniques are powerful and fits anyone size and age. Highly recommend the school for kids and adults.
