Pallaton Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic place to train, whether you're just starting out or have years of experience on the mats. Sal, the owner and lead professor, is an incredible teacher who breaks down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely invested in helping students improve. They create a supportive and challenging atmosphere where both kids and adults can develop their skills and confidence. If you’re looking for a gym that combines high-level instruction with a welcoming, team-oriented culture, Pallaton Jiu-Jitsu is the place to be.

Pallaton BJJ is more than just a gym—it's a family. The atmosphere here is something special. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and like I belonged. The camaraderie among everyone—coaches and teammates alike—is incredible. It’s a place where you can push yourself, fail, get back up, and grow, not just on the mats but as a human being. For me, it’s been a safe space to work through my mental health struggles. The combination of the community, the encouragement, and the sheer focus BJJ requires has been healing in ways I didn’t expect. And yeah, I guess I’ve even learned a little Jiu-Jitsu along the way—at least enough to pull off a half-decent armbar when someone’s being too nice! If you’re looking for a place to feel stronger, both inside and out, Pallaton BJJ is it. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you for helping me grow.

Excellent jiu jitsu gym! It's like a home away from home. The culture of the gym is the best I've ever seen and the instructors are top notch. I could not be more satisfied with choosing Pallaton.

Pallaton offers something for everyone! High quality world-class instruction while prioritizing community and giving back to others. Pallaton gives back by supporting the Veterans and First Responders community and offering a weekly free woman's only class, taught by women! We have state and world champs on the mat along with the hobbyist getting a work out in. All are welcome! Come try us out!

Incredible place to learn BJJ! The evening classes are great and the people there are very welcoming! The 6am morning class is a Veterans-LEO and First responders class but all are welcome. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can teach techniques so that anyone can get it! Also, they offer a Karate and kick boxing class.

This gym is incredible and for all ages and sizes! This is an amazing sport that requires dedication and discipline. We are thankful for the woman’s Monday night classes and the self confidence it’s given our daughter! We’ve since had her join the gym full time. Thank you for all you do, we look forward to all of the years to come and her growth through your program!

We’ve had our 10 year old for the better part of 2 years. What a great experience for the family and especially for him. Troy won’t find a better environment for you or your kiddo to learn.

They are the absolute best. Gaby and Sal especially have taken all the time in the world to work with my son and he loves going here. They are like family to us. We will never leave!

Great gym for the youth, I have both my sons training here 5 and 7 years old. Sal the head instructor of the gym, is very patient with the kids. This gym has a strong family vibe. Agin great place for the youth to grow, build self esteem and confidence. Not to mention some of the very best prices in town. If you bring your kids here to train you definitely get your moneys worth.

I don't know where to start especially when you have so many positive things to say. I'm a retired Marine and was dealing with anxiety and panic attacks caused from PTSD. Sal the owner was told about my situation and he opened his doors for me to come in early in the morning and train. You see while on active duty I use to train and stopped once I started dealing with really bad panic and anxiety attacks. While on active duty I noticed that training helped me deal with my depression, PTSD and anxiety and as all of us veterans know the VA just wants to pump us up with meds which can be good for some people but I needed more. I had also recently lost two Marines to suicide and was in a really dark place so Sal opening his doors at 600 in the morning to help a fellow veteran he didn't even know literally helped save me from a very dark place. If you want to train with someone that genuinely cares about not just his students but people in general this your school to come train it. SEMPER FI JOSE GALLO

What an excellent place to spend your free time. This academy is one of the best in town. Always friendly and eager to teach. Good for families, adults and children classes available. No better way to help your children build confidence and self esteem while learning from experienced and tested instructors. Try them out!

Excellent BJJ school with extremely friendly and welcoming students and teachers. I am affiliated with a different BJJ school and Pallaton welcomed me in to train with them with open arms. Arms used to choke me ;)
