I train women’s bjj under Imani Bahia who is an amazing instructor and is a major part of the reason I continued to push myself out of my comfort zone and kept coming back. I also attend the women’s strength and conditioning class which is always fun and push you to your limits. Alhamdulilah both sessions are fully private spaces for women which is very hard to find.

Providing great classes for the local community, including ladies only classes run by friendly and reliable instructors. They offer great classes for the youth in the community too. Very well organised and easy to book whichever classes you choose.
I’ve been really enjoying the women’s BJJ classes here. The instructor is fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and great at breaking things down so everyone can learn at their own pace. The classes are held in a private area, which makes it feel comfortable and welcoming, especially as a beginner. My son is a member and encouraged me to give it a try. I honestly thought I would hate it—but I was completely wrong! It’s not only fun and empowering, but also an amazing workout. I’m so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined. Highly recommend to any women thinking about trying BJJ!
This BJJ club is amazing. The instructors are skilled, welcoming, and encouraging. The members are friendly, funny, and make training a blast. Great environment to learn and grow. Oss.
Cheapest in the country. £15 per month for kids and £20 for adults. Great price for quality sessions. He is such a great teacher and very good with teaching young kids and keeping them in his classes through all stages. Won’t find anyone as good as him anywhere else. Makes sessions engaging and fun as well as solidifying the fundamentals of BJJ. Highly recommend. 10/10. Please get in touch with him to register for his classes, always getting booked up but he is always happy to take in more students, loves a challenge.

Coach Zamir is a really knowledgable and skilled BJJ practitioner and teacher. His commitment to the art and his community make him a valuable asset! Would highly recommend attending his club as you will receive a very personal and hands learning experience.

Posted 2 years agoI send both my boys to this club and they both ABSOLUTELY Love it. The teacher is outstanding and a CREDIT to the community, and the classes are fun, friendly and also all the children who attend feel they have a sense of belonging. Every child is treated fairly and equally and the teacher teaches them at their own pace and ability. I highly recommend this club to any parents who are looking for a club for their children
