  I highly recommend this dojo. The staff and members are friendly and caring, they want to see everyone succeed. Our son attends and we have seen a big improvement in his confidence, attitude and physical conditioning. With Sifu Stephane(owner) and Vincent(instructor) leading the classes you or your family will be good hands. They make sure everyone is included, no matter your skill level.

  Great place, amazing dynamic. I pay for my son to attend and it helped boost his confidence and grounding. It has very amazing instructors that are kind and patient, not afraid to be stern when necessary! I'd take classes for myself if my schedule wasnt just the worst !! Planning on joining the team some time though rest assured! My only comment is, I wish there were more classes!

  Love this place! The workouts are intense but super fun, and the instructors actually teach real self-defense techniques, not just cardio moves. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident. Highly recommend! 🥊🔥
