Used Nufield Gym today rehab an injury as a professional dancer whilst traveling. Exceptional gym with a wide variety of equipment and two gorgeous studios and pool. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, I would like to say a huge thank you to reception and Hannah Paige for being so helpful. Fantastic gym and pool for anyone.

The classes are fantastic! I highly recommend Pilates with Lynne and Body Jam and Dance with Betty! The facilities are amazing, well maintained and clean! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind! It is one of the best gyms I have ever been to! I highly recommend! Between the classes, the wellbeing support, the pool, gym and sauna and steam room facilities it is definitely worth the money!

In my few months of attending this gym it has been a great experience, in both the facilities available and staff that are there to help. There is always someone at hand willing to help wherever possible, in particular I had a pleasant experience with Emma and Ben who explained all Nuffield have to offer when I first started. The pool and sauna are definitely welcomed after a good session!

Great welcoming gym. It is very clean and has almost everything you need for a good workout, including quality workout machines, squat racks, a turf area, cardio machines, swimming, saunas, yoga classes, and other fitness classes. All the employees are very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I especially want to thank David, Amrit, Emma, Mackenzie, and the rest of the team for their great attitude and for always being ready to help or answer my questions. Highly recommend this gym.

I’ve been a member for a few months now and have really enjoyed my experience. The gym is clean, well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The variety of classes available is one of the main reasons I chose to join. A particular highlight has been Rebecca’s Ashtanga Yoga class. Before joining, I wasn’t familiar with Ashtanga and initially thought it might be intimidating. However, after trying several yoga classes, it quickly became my favourite. Rebecca creates a supportive environment where every student feels seen and guided. She takes the time to offer individual adjustments and encourages you to progress at your own pace. What I appreciate most is that the class develops both strength and flexibility while also providing a sense of focus and calm. For me, this class has become much more than exercise. It is one of the few times during the week when I can completely switch off, focus on my breath and reconnect with myself. It has become an important part of my wellbeing routine, and one of the reasons I genuinely look forward to coming to the gym. Thank you to the team for providing such a positive environment and such great instructors.

I absolutely love this gym, the classes are brilliant, everyone is super friendly! I started doing PT sessions with Claire recently to improve my overall fitness. Claire is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, patient and motivating. I really appreciate the personalised workout plan she created for me, thoughtfully tailored around my limitations and goals. She has taught me to listen to my body and to value rest and recovery, which has made a big difference in my progress. Even though I've only been training with her for two months, I've already noticed significant improvements in my strength, posture and overall confidence in the gym. I used to dislike weight training, found it boring and repetitive, but she completely changed that for me. She made our sessions engaging, enjoyable, and something I now look forward to every week. Thanks to her guidance, I feel stronger, more capable, and excited about my fitness journey. Claire has helped me fall in love with strength training and I can't wait to see the progress I'll make over the next year.

This is a great gym with excellent staff, however recent changes to gym class schedule has been disappointing. Changes to the class timetable have been implemented without any notification to members. Access to classes reduces the value of membership.

We had 3 free swims and was me and my partner was hoping to join. BUT after our 1st visit that was really relaxing we 3 men jumping in the pool chasing each other pool side it was that bad I had to ask them to please calm down they did for about 1 min then jumping /diving/ bombing in both the slow and fast lane coursing other people to leave . Thank you for the free passes but we will not be joining if the centre can not keep an eye on visitors that are disturbing other centre users .
