  Best boxing gym in the Central Valley! My son has been training with Coach George for three years and has shown major improvement in his self defense. Bring your kids to try it out. You won’t regret it.

  Coach George is great with the kids.Coach AL is good with kids Jiu jitsu over all a good place to train.

  My son started the beginners class, it’s a very well put class, a lot of structure & discipline! The trainers have a lot of patience & are very professional. Definitely recommend!
