Ive only been coming for a short period of time but the energy here is amazing, ive already been able to learn so much from my instructor's i definitely recommend this for yourself or if you have kids as well

Not only is this my first experience in learning a combat sport, but its my first experience participating in any sport. Professor Pedro, and coach George create a safe and enriching environment that allows any one of any skill set to learn and develop their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) style. There's a great emphasis on respect, accountability, and remaining humble during times of great success and harsh difficulties-- which are all useful strategies that can be carried over into the many nuances of all of life's obstacles and challenges. Real authentic jiu- jitsu led by passionate professor pedro and owner george. Two great teachers. This is the real deal if you want to learn bjj or want your kids to learn the respect dedication and perseverance it takes to succeed in all endeavors of life. I brought my son here over a year ago and my only regret is not coming sooner.
Dedicated coaches who have also become great mentors. My daughter has developed new friendships and has learned so much in a short period of time. She loves coming and learning something new at every class.

Just after 2 weeks, I had to leave a review! My 5 year old son has been attending the kids BJJ classes. He has developed many new friendships and has already learned a lot in a short amount of time. It is a very family friendly environment here. The instructors are very committed to PUSHING everyone, kids and adults, to their fullest and greatest potential! If you need some of that in your life, this is the place to be 😊👍🏼

This is a great place to train. The team is friendly and helpful. Training is lead by Professor Pedro who will push you to train hard and develop your technique. It’s obvious he has a passion for teaching. There are several classes throughout the week and morning and afternoon so you can fit a class into your busy life. This is a family friendly environment! There are adults and kids classes to keep the whole family healthy.

I've been training with this group for multiple years. The coach is professional and pays attention to details. The students are friendly and helpful. The training is beginner friendly and challenging for higher level students.
My son loves it here! So much that he wants to go everyday. Great people! Great coaches! Everything is super clean. They are amazing with the kids. My husband is now even going to the adult classes. It's a great workout too. Might sign up myself.
Clean, professional and friendly environment, you can workout as a family, they have classes for kids and adults all ages. Instruction is world class.
This place has no business teaching young children. Two weeks in and we've seen enough. Screaming and yelling at children as young as 3 years old. A little girl about 3 years old telling her mom she's scared to go in, fearing coach will yell at her because they're a few minutes late. Not even 10 minutes in, a little boy about 4-5 years old comes out crying. Another boy, not sure what he did, but was forced to do burpies for 15 minutes straight. When he was done, the coach told him to get out and don't come back. He came out hyperventilating. Mind you, this all happened in one day. My preschooler tried really hard to put a tough face on but he too was scare. He's never done a burpie in his life was was being yelled at for not doing it correctly. Bottom line, we want this to be a life long sport for our kid, this will definitely break his spirit even before he gets into it. Definitely not for us.
We had a TERRIBLE experience. My preschooler and kindergartner, who had no prior martial arts experience, were expected to know how to perform various moves and exercises and were YELLED at in their faces because they weren't understanding what they needed to do and were therefore not doing them correctly. There was no step by step instruction by the coaches. They were barking commands, and as my kids tried and didn't get it right, the barking just go louder. Needless to say, we didn't get through the whole class. My children were traumatized.
