Great club. My son and I both train Karate and I train Jiu Jitsu. Can't say enough about how much we are learning about martial arts from amazing instructors.

Everyone is very welcoming, if you don’t know something there’s always someone to teach you. Very disappointed that I cannot attend on Saturday.

New forest martial arts are amazing. Focused on discipline and teaching children focus, my daughter loves going every week and practices at home her dream is to be a black belt and I’m sure with continued support she will reach her goal.

I practice tai chi with this club. I firmly believe that without the guidance of Sensei I would be struggling with spinal problems. Having had two back operations I have found tai chi, under his expert tutelage, has kept me fit and supple. I completely lose myself in my tai chi, and would highly recommend NFMA to everyone.

My son has attended Karate since he was 3 and a half years old (he’s 13 now) and absolutely loves it. The classes are inclusive, no-one is overlooked, respect is taught and shown to all students and it shows both in class and out. He also, along with me, attends a Jiu Jitsu class once a week…great fun, welcoming and will leave you breathless :) I anyone is thinking of giving either Karate, Jiu Jitsu or Tai Chi a go…do it! You wont be disappointed.
