I started taking classes with Shawn in June. This class has changed my life. I've gained confidence, strength, endurance and gaining skill at the pace I can! The instruction is clear, helpful, and yes he pushes you but at YOUR pace. It's a game changer guys! Check it out! Best thing too?!! First class was free!!
