My child absolutely loves attending classes at Mushin Combat Academy. Every session is engaging, enjoyable, and helps build confidence, discipline, and skills in a supportive environment.
Sue and Mario are fantastic senseis. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about every child’s progress. Their ability to teach while keeping the classes fun and motivating is truly impressive.

So welcoming and a huge sense of community. I’ve been going to Sue’s classes since November 2024 and I’ve enjoyed every single one. Everyone is so lovely and the instructors are all very understanding and always push you to be your best. If you’re looking to get into Ju-jitsu whether it be for self defence, confidence or fitness, I’d 100% recommend Sue’s classes to anyone and everyone.
I've had the pleasure of training with some excellent instructors and Sue is one of them. An absolutely fantastic instructor with a highly skilled team and an all round lovely person to train under. Everyone who meets her loves her. The students are beautiful souls, no egos, just friendship and a drive for self improvement each class. Nothing is too much for anyone and it is a very welcoming dojo. We are blessed in Liverpool to have access to some wonderful instructors and this is one of the real deal dojos ❤

Available on most days it allows you to fit your week around training with ease.
My kids absolutely love their weekly kickboxing lessons. They always have an amazing time! Sue is fantastic at what she does and has the patience of a saint.
Sue and the rest of the team at Mushin Combat Academy are truely amazing! Sue is so friendly and approachable, shes always there to help if needed too. My son absolutely loves going to Jiu Jitsu, he has so much fun while learning to be disciplined and how to defend himself. My sons confidence has grown unbelievably since going as he did have some trouble with bullies at school but after a few months of going to Jiu Jitsu he had the confidence to stand up for himself and protect himself from them.
I would highly recommend Sue and Team Mushin to everyone!
