Excellent place!! I took my 11 year old son and my 13 year old daughter to train this place for a few weeks since my son doesn't like the activity very much and as a teenager they need to release all that energy so we gave MMA a chance and They really liked everything they did there. The atmosphere is familiar, the coaches are very good, professional and very patient. We had a great time every time we are there.
Posted 6 years agoMy son has been a member for about 3 months. He absolutely loves it! The instructors are great with kids, and have a lot of experience! I highly recommend them for any age! They have a great variety of martial arts and boxing.

Posted 2 years agoGreat supportive atmosphere if you want to explore combat sports. Instructors are experienced and want progression for members. Keith is a Rockstar/Rapstar he spits hot fire 🔥! He has so much knowledge and years of experience in the fight biz. Definitely check this gym out! You get one free class and Sundays are Free Open Mat so soak up the energy and have fun while getting the best workout 💪🏽
Posted 3 years agoI've been a member of this gym for over a year and I absolutely love it! The instructors are the best in the business, and I truly have a lot of fun every class. You won't find a better workout for your body than MMA. They also offer kids classes as well as self defense seminars...come in for a free class to try it out!
