Posted 1 year agoI had my first trial in November 2024 and knew immediately that I wanted to start here. I felt at home from the very beginning and realized that I could really learn something here. I'm very happy and grateful to be part of the team; a big thank you to Ilja, our coach! ❤️
Posted 1 year agoGood trainer. Very beginner-friendly and explains the fighting techniques very well. The atmosphere during training is pleasant but focused.
Posted 1 year agoI met Ilja when my health problems were already serious. I weighed 173 kg and had problems with my knees and back, etc. In 7 months of personal training, I lost 39 kg, my knees no longer hurt, and my overall mobility and endurance have increased dramatically. Ilja performed a miracle. What I couldn't achieve in the last 25 years, he achieved in 7 months. I am infinitely grateful for the time, effort, and knowledge he invested. 🙏 P.S. My son is now also training with Ilja in boxing and is very happy with the results and the new friends he's made. I definitely recommend it. 👍
