Chris, and Anita really care about their student. Good communication about classes, easy payment, no contracts, and black uniforms! This last year has been great. They offer more classes, and an affordable way to take multiple classes. Highly recommend!

Took a self defense class and was impressed at how knowledgeable, clean, and kind the instructors are. Anyone taking their classes would feel confident afterwards, knowing they really care about what they are teaching their students.

Very awesome place for people of all ages. The owners/instructors are great people to work with. Great for current and former military or considering joining the military. Great choice to learn ahead of time as a youngster to persue a great career in the future. Great workouts to help improve students in school also great to learn life skills along with self defense in the best possible way. Chris & Anita sure like working with people and the results are promising. See for yourself-what a great place and environment. Thank you Chris & Anita for always being so dedicated to your students. It surely shows how much you both care.
