  If you’re looking the best experience in jiu jitsu this is the gym for you. A fantastic group of people everyone was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only will you have a great time but you’ll leave feeling like you actually learned something. I’d give six stars if possible.

  My son has been going to Mat Lab for nearly 3 years. He has gained a tremendous amount of confidence, grown in his skill and even won medals competing in competitions! Mat Lab is more than a gym or class… it’s a family. You won’t regret enrolling!

  10/10 would recommend. I had been in the area training for work and needed a place to roll. Travis and the Matlab crew were more than welcoming. The amount of knowledge that I was provided cannot be measured. Thank you guys again for everything I will definitely be returning.

  Extremely welcoming environment from day one! I felt at home, after my first training session. It was not a testosterone festival. The training environment is truly conducive to learning and one can feel comfortable with training to exhaustion, in a safe place. Thank you for creating this type of training environment. In closing, I am excited to experiment and grow in this lab.
