Definitely the place to learn self defense if you want REAL results. You only get your promotions here if you earn it and I appreciate that. Been training here for 8 years and have rank in both Kenpo Karate and BJJ.

M.I.A. is a great place to learn American Kenpo. Sifu and Simo Fallon are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They utilize practical approaches that are down to earth and easy to comprehend.

If you are in the area and considering taking up a Martial art, I would recommend this Prunedale dojo. I train in BJJ here as often as I can because of the supportive atmosphere and awesome guys and gals who make this place what it is. :)
