    First off just WOW! Place is no doubt a hidden gem. You get a hands on all different sorts of mixed martial arts. Kids classes available as well!! Great place like this comes from GREAT leadership!!! Shout out all the wonderful coaches theres as well as the many young leaders there changing peoples lives for the better physically, mentally, & spiritually! If you plan to learn mixed martial arts in Monterey County I would highly recommend TTF!

    I’ve trained at a few other gyms in the area, and they were all pretty good, but Team Take Flight is honestly on a whole different level. The coaches are super supportive and explain everything in a way that really does makes sense. The team energy is always positive, and everyone pushes each other without being rude or anything. What really blows my mind is how they don’t even charge us. They give us high-quality training and never ask for a single dollar, which is insanely generous and honestly shows how much they care about helping us get better. My progression here training both MMA and Jiu Jitsu have 1000% gotten stronger, more confident, and way more motivated since joining and honestly this place has changed my life. If you’re looking for the best gym around with amazing coaches and a great team environment, Team Take Flight is definitely the one. Highly recommended😁
