Amazing MMA Gym! Coach Doug runs a thorough classes that go from beginner friendly to intense and complex. The community here has been nothing but welcoming. The have made my journey into combat incredibly enjoyable while pushing me past my limits. 10/10 would recommend going here!!!
Doug runs a great gym. I stopped in and he ran a great boxing class and helped me with improving the small things needed to make my punches more effective.
This is a great place to go and choose for your kids if you want them to learn self defense this is the place to go. The couches are very professional and super nice my son loves to go train there but unfortunately we move too far away and had it to stop going is hard fine a place like this one. My son now if more confident with him self.
I'm mainly from another gym but since the pandemic started, my gym closed and relocated. Mango sports is minutes from where I live. I decided to go there one Sunday to try their boxing class and open gym. I had a very good experience there. Doug is a great boxing coach. I haven't been in the sport in over 8 months because of covid. I was off on everything and I was a bit surprise on how much I forgot. But I hung in there and at the end like always, it felt great. I was greeted with smiles and Brain which I believe is one of the owners told me me to come back anytime. There was a member there that gave me pointers and told me his success story on how he lost over 40 lbs and is continuing to lose more all from eating right and doing boxing lessons there. In summary I will recommend this place. If you want real boxing, real drills, discipline and family. Check this place out. The location right off the express way, you can't go wrong.
