What makes Maness Jiu Jitsu and Defense special for my son is the quality of instruction in regard to important life skills: respect, discipline, and protecting self/others. I like that the coaches explain the technical knowledge and philosophy behind the practice throughout the sessions including how to apply that in real-life. Classes are very organized, building weekly while accommodating various skill levels that enter. I also like that the coaches highlight unique skill sets of each participant, building confidence. Key points: Great instruction, atmosphere, and community!

What an experience!!! The space is gorgeous and the atmosphere is even better!! The owner is a black belt in Brazilian Jui Jitsu and is so knowledgeable!! I’ll be back soon!!
