Jiu-Jitsu and self defense for adults and kids
What makes Maness Jiu Jitsu and Defense special for my son is the quality of instruction in regard to important life skills: respect, discipline, and protecting self/others. I like that the coaches explain the technical knowledge and philosophy behind the practice throughout the sessions including how to apply that in real-life. Classes are very organized, building weekly while accommodating various skill levels that enter. I also like that the coaches highlight unique skill sets of each participant, building confidence. Key points: Great instruction, atmosphere, and community!

Posted 1 year agoBuster is a very knowledgeable instructor. I've been training with him for over a decade and I've learned so much from him. He keeps everything simple and fun! Everyone there is very welcoming and kind. You will learn valuable skills and make new friends!

Posted 2 years agoBuster has great instruction and technique for children, teens, and adults of all experience levels. Not to mention the awesome gym culture here. Come check out a class, you won’t regret it!
