Seen massive improvements after regularly attending the Tuesday and Friday evening BJJ sessions. Great banterous atmosphere, amazing coaching, easy parking, big well kept facilities and still cheap.

INCREDIBLE venue and people, we use it for all seminars and events. I have seen the classes and level of instruction the guys provide and it is of an exception level. Great facilities. Could not recommend enough. A+

Very disappointed by the lack of safety being shown by the instructor who was asking students (one was under 18) to spar/hit him whilst he wasn't wearing pads or gum shield.
