  We are absolutely thrilled with the children's training at Luma's Kampfstudio! The atmosphere is very friendly and informal, so the children feel at home right from the start. At the same time, the work is professional – you can immediately tell that experience and passion come together here. The trainer has a great feel for children and approaches each child individually. He perfectly combines discipline and fun, and with his age-appropriate training, he ensures that the children are not only physically challenged but also develop self-confidence and social skills. A fantastic place where children can not only learn martial arts but also grow beyond their limits. Highly recommended!

  What can you say about this place the style is shebby chic. If you enjoy physical activity, push yourself to your limits and overcome them, then this is the right place for it. Here you will learn BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and Luta Livre. Both are ground combat sports, the first with Gi (battle suit) and the second without Gi. Both types challenge you physically, making you more mobile and agile. This means that these sports are for young and old. Children are introduced to this sport in a playful but also professional manner. There is also a self-defense class just for women. My conclusion is that it is definitely worth a visit. If you want to test it out first, you can come to the trial training three times by making an appointment in advance. There is also the opportunity to do a trial training session for the self-defense course. I registered myself and the best thing is that anyone who registers by the end of April doesn't have to pay a registration fee.
