  Had a fantastic class here - I don’t speak much German but the coach made sure all instructions were given in English. I’m a new white belt and found the group very supportive. Only sad thing for me is I was only in town a couple of days! Would definitely return next time I’m coming through town!

  Large enough, clean, nice people from all levels. I got manhandled by the coach in no-gi in such a way I didn't think was possible for me anymore. Either I got fat or found more room for improvement. Overall positive experience, especially since going through some gym drama back home. Was a little scared of the brick walls so close to the mats tho. Don't go here to spazz and be crazy, you'll get hurt. But ye super nice and welcoming bunch!

  As I'm traveling for work to Düsseldorf, I was lucky to participate in the Tuesday NoGi class. Great energy, great fun, great teaching! Thanks to Mike for the class, and thanks to Simon for welcoming me!

  I dropped in for the Sunday open mat while visiting from Australia and had a fantastic time. The facilities are incredible, super clean and high quality. Great amenities too, with multiple showers in the change rooms. I had a bunch of great rolls, including being gently beaten up by Simon. I did manage to injure a toe somehow in one of the rolls, but no one was rolling wildly, so I'm not sure how. I'd definitely try and visit again if I'm back in Düsseldorf, and would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to train regularly.

  Very nice environment and friendly People. I enjoyed a lot the training and when I am back to Düsseldorf I will visit again for sure!!! OSS my friends !!!
