  Great training with Andy, who obviously has a lot of experience and knows what he's talking about! He conveys everything from mindset to techniques in a realistic manner and creates a safe framework for the participants. I really enjoy training here and am always learning new things!

  I went to Andy's with my friends. The training was realistic and showed us how to behave in an emergency and what to look out for. We were introduced to the different situations slowly and understandably, which continued to increase throughout the training. At the end of the course, we left with more confidence. Thanks again to Andy and his guys :)

  I attended a training specifically for women. In his training, Andy showed us how quickly we can find ourselves in dangerous or unpleasant situations these days and what options we women have to protect ourselves. The course is realistic and not one of those "typical" self-defense courses that require years of training and offer little help. Many more women should take advantage of this offer. Thank you for the great training; it certainly won't be my last.

  The training with Andi was great. He was able to describe really realistic scenes from everyday life and show us how we should react. Feel free to come again for a training session, highly recommended.
