  Simply fantastic! We're in the children's group with our daughter, and the instructors are just amazing. In my opinion, they really cater to the children and teach them the right and important skills. Everything is presented in a playful way, and they pay attention to group dynamics. There are always enough instructors present so that even in larger groups, no child is neglected. We're so glad to be part of Grapple and Move. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication!

  Grapple & Move is definitely one of the best gyms I've ever trained at. The team is incredibly friendly, making you feel welcome and comfortable right away. The trainers are not only competent but also empathetic and cater to the individual needs of each member – whether beginner or advanced. The range of activities is extensive, offering something for every age, gender, and fitness level to work out and learn new skills. The high hygiene standards are particularly noteworthy: the mats are disinfected daily and regularly, which unfortunately isn't always the case. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a top-notch place where you feel truly well taken care of! :)

  My son (4) goes to children's sports here and it's helped him a lot. It's been really important for his self-confidence and self-esteem. He even had a situation at kindergarten where another child tried to hit him. He said he got into a defensive position and the child just punched his hand once and then walked away. I was so proud that he was able to handle the situation like that!
