  I’ve only been training here for about two weeks, but this gym has been amazing so far. Professor Luiz is very knowledgeable, the classes are fun and challenging, and everyone is welcoming and supportive. It already feels like a family environment. You can tell that if someone wants to compete in the future or even do it as a hobby, this is a great place to train it supports everybody. Highly recommend.

  I couldn’t be happier with my decision to start training here. The adult classes are welcoming, well structured, and challenging in all the right ways. Luiz is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, no matter their level. My son has also been attending the little kids class for over a year now, and the impact has been amazing. His discipline, focus, and overall behaviour have improved significantly, both on and off the mats. He looks forward to every class and has gained so much confidence. This gym has a great atmosphere and feels like a real community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to train BJJ or enroll their child in a positive, structured program.

  The nicest BJJ school in Etobicoke. Professor is very gentle and knowledgeable about BJJ and grappling. They also have a family class where Parents can train together with their children which is very nice.

  The best place in the GTA to learn and practice Jiu Jitsu! Luiz is an awesome instructor. He is very attentive to the kids needs and adapts the lessons to their capabilities. My son is a toddler and I can already foresee the benefits jiu jitsu will bring to him in the short and long run. The family classes are a great combo and provides the opportunity to connect while parents and kids learn together. I definitely recommend this place!

  I really recommend! My daughter got a lot of confidence while learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Virtues and right conduct in society is also taught . We are really impressed and satisfied!
