I highly recommend this place! I came in 3 weeks ago to buy a freestanding striking bag, and the owner of Benza Sports was there to help me. He was knowledgeable, direct, and got straight to the point, which I really appreciated. He quickly helped me find the exact bag I was looking for without any pressure or confusion. They also have great prices and awesome deals. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I purchased TKD gears from this store couple months ago. The price was reasonable and the owner was kind and friendly. I suggested the store to my friends, who were looking for martial arts equipments. Hopefully they had chance to visit the store.

Amazing service between the manager and staff. First the manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating via email. When we went to pick up the itemsthe staff was so kind. After bringing the items home We realized there was a measuring issue and the bag was too big and they were so nice to exchange for a smaller one. They had a huge assortment of anything and everything fir martial arts. I was super impressed. Definitely my new fave spot for martial arts equipment.

I recently purchased a judo gi from Benza Sports, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the customer service stood out. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely took the time to help me find the right judo uniform. The quality of the judo gi itself is excellent. The fabric feels incredibly durable for long training sessions. It holds up really well during intense throws, grips, and groundwork, and it hasn’t lost its shape or stiffness after training. What impressed me even more was the price. For the level of quality I received, the gi was very reasonably priced. Benza Sports clearly offers great value and great discounts without compromising on performance, which is hard to find these days. Between the excellent customer service, high-quality uniform, and fair pricing, Benza Sports has earned my trust. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for judo gear or martial arts equipment. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!

As the Owner and Head Instructor of Geminos Dojo, I have been working with Benza Sports for many years, and I can confidently say they are one of the most reliable martial arts suppliers in Canada. Their stock is always available, their response time is excellent, and they truly understand the needs of dojos and instructors. Benza Sports has consistently provided us with high-quality equipment and uniforms, and their customer service is second to none. They are a strong, customer-oriented supplier who makes it easy for us to focus on our students and training, knowing that our supply needs are always taken care of. Highly recommended to any martial arts school or practitioner looking for a dependable partner! Senpai Oleg (Eli Vainshtein) Owner & Head Instructor, Geminos Dojo

I ran my martial arts club's orders through Benza Sports exclusively for 15 years after he promised me the best prices. I brought him into our competitions for free business, sent back clients who'd left him, and in all those years never asked him for a single favor. When a difficult life situation hit, I asked to return new, unused equipment in original packaging. He said no problem — then took two weeks, refunded me without the HST I'd paid, and hit me with a 20% restocking fee he never mentioned. Keep yourself and your club away from this man. He doesn't know what business relationships are.

As long as you're buying, he's your best friend. I was a loyal Benza Sports customer for years and always got a smile and a handshake — while I was spending. The day I needed a favor, the smile was gone. All I asked was to take back his own gear, new and unused in its original packaging, which he agreed to. He turned his back on me and lied to my face. When money is on the table, he doesn't see people. Don't learn it the way I did.

I bought a BJJ uniform from this guy. I had my little child with me. He was nice at first but as soon as my child touched a punching bag he got very furious. As soon as I paid, he fluffed me off so quick. I chose to stay calm when this guy just lost it with my child. Extremely possessive over his merchandise. I think he should switch to selling glass instead. I paid almost 150 dollars for one not so good quality Gi. His prices are high and although he said he would match the prices ,I decided not to step in this store again. I wasn't going to write this review, but his bad attitude was bothersome and I thought it's necessary to bring it up . Hopefully, he will change that for the next customers. Is he store good?? Absolutely. He has almost everything. However, my review was for the arrogance and the bad attitude towards my child I felt helpless and thanks God I am a Matial Artist and I didn't burst on him in front of my child. Treat your customers right or you won't see them again. I will remove this if I get an apology. Yelling at other ppl kids for just touching your merchandise is irrational. I hope he gets it.
