Great old school gym, very friendly and helpful guys that run it, great value one day passes . Has large selection of free weights and machines and a large boxing area with everything could you possibly need to get it done.
My son loves it here great price and nice people with good equipment
It was really cool to visit this Gym and I will be back soon! I enjoyed it lots. The Boxing Area was awesome! Nice changing rooms! Highly recommend any woman wanting to change their routines by doing a Daily Session or joining. I am doing one day per week
Fantastic gym with a great monthly price. Opens at 6am which is ideal for me.
Proper gym, great atmosphere, size and equipment. Only issues are that a few machines aren't in great working order, but only the odd few, and the gym gets very hot in the hottest temperatures. Best gym I've been to, however, with a great boxing area.
Liberty Gym may not be that flamboyant and trendy gym where youngsters assemble for aerobics or to flaunt new training gears, but it is sure stocked to the brim with all the equipment you may require of a full-fledged gym. All the staff at Liberty are very helpful and courteous. If you're a newbie, you could be linked up with certified trainers who would put you through at a cost. Lol. The fighting area upstairs is very decent too, especially the kick boxing ring. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to register and start visiting Liberty for your workouts! They have an array of fitness nutritional products for sale too.
