Kyle is an excellent trainer and extremely knowledgeable in his field. He truly listens to my concerns and helped ease me back into the gym after years away, gradually building my confidence and teaching me proper weight-lifting techniques. He’s able to relate to the issues I share about my body and always understands how the human body and muscles work, which makes his guidance feel very personalized. I love how I feel after each session and genuinely look forward to our weekly workouts! I encourage you to sign up with him asap!! You will not regret it.

I’ve known about LFG Labs for a while but always hesitated to try it. It just looked so intense. The athletes on their socials and the people I know who train here are legit, and I didn’t want to show up feeling out of my depth. But, eventually I said eff it, and tried a personal training session with Kyle Wheeler, and now I wish I had done it sooner. The space is open, clean, and has a no-nonsense vibe. It’s less about flashy lights and loud music, and is more about getting to work. I’ve trained at other places that felt more like a spin class or a dance floor, which can be fun, but this is different. The dance floor imo took away from what I really was trying to accomplish. It's the high I've been looking for. I also CrossFit, so I love that down-and-dirty kind of training where it’s about putting in the work—not posing for it vibe (though yes, I do record my workouts… for the gram). Kyle made everything approachable in a way that finally clicked for me. For the first time in a long time, I actually felt like I was improving. We focused on reaction and flow instead of memorizing long combos. And remember, this was only in one session. For over a year I thought, I as a student, was the issue, but today I realized sometimes you just need a better trainer. So now I'll be following Master Kyle for a while (he doesn't make me call him this, nor would I. Lol) I’ll admit I’m a sucker for a good deal, so when I saw the personal training packs were way more affordable than where I’d been, I figured I’d try it out. Easy sell, honestly—better training, better energy, and just a much better fit for what I’m after. There's is also such a larger range of fitness options too. I'm super excited dive into all of it. They’re also opening a sauna and cold spa soon, which is a cool bonus. Definitely recommend if you want serious, technical training in a friendly, no-ego environment.

They are good, I have done one session there in group class. The instructor and her team were amazing her name was Heather. Buutt the prices were a bit high for me because they don't have always a female class and some female in the group so I can partner with.

LFG Labs is def the top place in town I’ve found! Sam is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable—my girlfriend had her first-ever kickboxing session with her and loved it. We usually take advantage of the personal training and I usually train with Kyle. Both coaches are phenomenal. The facility is top-notch, with everything you need—including a cold plunge for recovery. Look out for their saunas they’re installing. Highly recommend!

You don’t need different memberships to different gyms like I had before. This is a unique one stop shop for MMA training, Recovery, Personal training etc. There is a specific coaching staff for each of their disciplines so you know that you’re getting the real deal. Each of their classes are designed to incorporate fundamentals along with some new techniques so it appeals to beginners intermediate and skilled fighters as well. You can also pick individual disciplines for classes or can get the entire MMA package but I recommend the MMA package as skills are transferable.I have been to many MMA gyms and find that the culture and environment here is less intimidating , very supportive with a lot of emphasis on you can learn something from everyone.
