  My daughter absolutely loves her team at Levels MMA. She sometimes struggles with confidence and needs a little extra encouragement or reassurance. Coaches Melissa and Shaq are amazing at providing exactly that. They make her feel comfortable, supported, and confident enough to keep going, even when she thinks she can’t do something. They always encourage her to simply do her best, which has made such a positive difference for her. A huge thank you to Melissa, Shaq, and Jenny for everything they do. Their patience, kindness, and dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for the positive impact they have had on our daughter. I couldn’t recommend the team at Levels MMA enough!

  Couldn’t recommend highly enough! The support my daughter has received since joining in Sept 25 has been incredible. Not only on the mat but off it too! She was a shy 5 year old and low on confidence when she first walked in, especially around speaking in front of others. Now she has completely transformed and is one of the first to put her hand up to answer questions and ask for support (even if it’s completely the wrong answer). Hats off to Shaq and Melissa! Couldn’t ask for better coaches to support and help Izzy grow and develop!

  Can’t fault levels for making Delilah so welcome and advancing her training to the next level! Shaq and Melissa are so brilliant with all the kids no matter the ability everyone is made to feel so welcome and encouraged in safe and controlled environment! The environment that’s been created at levels is one of energy with laughs and smiles on the kids faces from the minute they walk in the door This place really is a best mixed martial arts facility for kids in Coventry and the midlands! Champions are being created on the daily and it’s clear to see why! 🥇👏🏻

  : My 10 year-old son, Lowen, has been training at levels academy for 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with his progress, . Melissa and Shaq are absolutely fantastic instructors — they’re not only incredibly skilled but also patient, encouraging, and passionate about what they do. They create such a positive and welcoming environment where students are constantly motivated to improve, work hard, and have fun. Since starting, Lowen’s confidence has grown massively, and it’s amazing to see how much his technique and understanding of both BJJ and MMA have developed. Melissa and Shaq do a brilliant job balancing discipline with enjoyment, and they’ve really helped Lowen find a love for the sport. If you’re looking for a top-quality academy with instructors who genuinely care about their students’ development both on and off the mats, I can’t recommend Melissa, Shaq, and Levels academy highly enough.

  What Shaq and Melissa have done for my sons confidence is amazing. He never question's going to training at Levels, ever!!! He loves it and he is constantly improving under their expertise. The choice of classes for him to choose from is top notch. So he can decide day by day which class he wants to do and when. I highly recommend Levels to anybody interested. Thank you to Shaq, Melissa and Jen.

  Our 5-year-old son has been attending Levels for the past four months, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. In that time, we’ve seen him grow tremendously in confidence and many other areas of his development. The environment at Levels is welcoming, nurturing, and engaging, and the team truly understands how to connect with children. The activities are thoughtfully designed to challenge and inspire, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely care about helping each child thrive. Our son always comes home excited to share what he’s learned and eager for the next session. We’re so grateful for the positive impact Levels has had on our son !

  Great first wrestling/Jiu Jitsu. Shaq along with Melissa have been coaching my little ones and I fancied giving it a go myself. Shaq is a great coach who broke things down clearly and precisely so a beginner like myself could understand. I highly recommend Shaq! Can’t wait for the next session

  I am incredibly happy with my daughters' (10 and 14) progress since they joined Levels MMA club! They have settled in perfectly, and it truly feels like they've become part of a big, supportive family. The club is run by very experienced and friendly instructors who have been instrumental in their development. I am thrilled to see the positive changes in my daughters and am looking forward to watching them continue to grow and improve in the future. Thank you Melissa, Jen, and Shaquille for creating such a wonderful and nurturing environment!
