10/10 recommend! I have been coming here for a few years and honestly love it! The gym is super clean, the instructors are friendly, and they really know how to work with any skill level. Whether you’re totally new or already experienced, they meet you where you are and help you grow. Such an amazing place to train Muay Thai!

This gym is amazing, especially for beginners. All of the coaches are highly skilled, patient, and very supportive. They take the time to explain techniques and make everyone feel comfortable, no matter their experience level. The environment is welcoming, positive, and motivating. I highly recommend this gym to anyone thinking about starting MMA.

Signed up for Muay Thai for myself and my 10 yr old son. No prior martial arts experience for either of us. Awesome experience so far. Classes allow for those of all experience levels to participate without feeling lost. Would highly recommend for anyone who’d like to try Muay Thai/MMA!

Legends Mixed Martial Arts truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The coaches are incredible knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. They push you to grow while always making you feel supported and confident. The owner sets the tone with a professional yet family oriented atmosphere, and Miss Carol is absolutely amazing. She’s one of the first friendly faces you’ll meet, and she instantly makes you feel at home. Everyone here treats you like family, not just a member. Whether you’re training for fitness, self defense, or personal growth, Legends MMA is the place to be. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Legends is a well-rounded gym that mixes high-level training with a fun, welcoming environment. The focus here is on real technique—every class emphasizes proper form, fight IQ, and practical application. Coaches take the time to correct details and explain the “why” behind every move, making it great for both beginners and experienced fighters. The coaching staff is diverse, with specialists in Muay Thai, BJJ, wrestling, and MMA. Each coach brings a different background, so you get a full spectrum of knowledge in striking, grappling, and conditioning. Morning and afternoon classes fit any schedule, with a pro class in the afternoons and sparring on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Wrestling sessions and a dedicated fight team round it all out. The atmosphere is serious when it’s time to train, but still fun and friendly. Everyone—from first-timers to pros—gets treated with respect and encouragement. The kids’ classes are especially strong, teaching discipline and confidence in a safe, positive way. They also offer equipment rentals for a small fee, which makes it easy for newcomers or travelers to jump in without needing all their own gear right away. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-tier coaching, solid technique, flexible scheduling, and a community that makes training something you look forward to, Legends delivers.
