I absolutely love this place, i we signed our twins up almost 4 months ago the mighty munchkins class and coach Dylan is absolutely amazing with kids she makes sure they burn their energy which is awesome !! Lol ! For Halloween they had a kids party with pizza and tons of candy Darren brought in candy bags for all the kids … I can literally go on and on and on the staff, the gym, and the kindness and just everything amazing only reason I didnt add pictures of the Halloween party is because they are on my camera ! But these are the ones I do have !

Signed my son up for a year membership. Coach Dylan and coach Darren are great. My son loves them but he is afraid of the owner from the way he’s seen him yell at other kids over silly things. Been coming here for about 7months. My son did get a fungal infection the second week here from borrowing their boxing gloves so by the next week I got him his own pair. The other day the owner came in telling us(parents) about where we should/shouldn’t park talking about he’s told us over and over and this was honestly the first time myself and any of the parents there at the time had heard about it. We went out to go move the cars while the kids were in class, we didn’t realize some of the kids(under 6yo) ran out behind us chasing the cars; it was concerning that they weren’t stopped by the owner or his staff at the entrance since they knew why the parents were stepping out. Also, he could’ve been more professional in the way he let us know. I do feel he could have a better approach when dealing with the younger kids as sometimes it’s clear he’s irritated. Lastly it’s ridiculously hot. Not sure if the AC doesn’t work or if they choose not to turn it on but it’s over 100F outside. It heats up inside the building and the 42” commercial fan only does so much in such a large building. The kids are running back and forth in their class and it’s just too hot in there that after class my son says he feels nauseated. For the price we pay here wish they’d at least turn on the AC

After being a student here for 3 years, I can't describe how much this place has impacted my life. I originally signed up to learn some self-defense, but I ended up gaining so much more. I met so many amazing coaches, made great friends, and overall became a stronger, better person. I even started regularly attending their jujitsu classes, which I never saw myself doing. I recently moved to another part of town, so I had to end my membership because of the distance. But I fully intend on attending drop-in classes anytime I'm in the area, and I highly recommend this place to everyone who's looking for a gym to call home. As I typed this review, I am holding back tears. Las Vegas Combat Academy (current name) will always have a special place in my heart. Shoutout to coaches Darren, Dylan, Tracy, Chad, Joe, Ricky, and Derek. You're some of the most phenomenal people I've ever met, and I'm truly honored to have the opportunity to learn from you. And HUGE thanks to owners Donavin and Judy. Please keep doing what you're doing. The world needs it.

My son has been coming here for a year and the transformation has been amazing. He was very shy , got bullied and we decided it was time for a self defense class and anti bully program. This gym helped his confidence , strength , ability (physical and mental strength) & better yet , gave us another family. Coach Dylan is amazing along with the one and only Coach Donovan. If you’re looking for a gym , this is it.

They have a nice facility, but they don't keep it warm in wintertime which can lead to injury. Furthermore, the coaches are young, so explaining how older individuals need to be careful while warming up won't register. Overall, I got the impression that people over 35 should probably look for somewhere else to train. I should also mention that their pricing was pretty hefty, so running the heater to make their gym not feel like an icebox should be within their means.
