Great program, my daughter really enjoys the class. The facilitators are great with the younger kids, we joined because of how engaged they were.

Had a great time at our first class. Kelly, Mike, Alan and the rest of the team were so great and patient with us as first timers. Would definitely recommend checking them out - if we didn't live out of province we would definitely be back for weekly classes!

The coaching staff at Kwest are wonderful in ensuring inclusivity of all the kids that joins their program. They were present and empathetic to my son’s fear in doing something new and being in a new environment, they welcomed him without judgement and included him in a way that ensured that he felt heard and seen. No more tears for my son in class, just joy and anticipation to when the next class will be!!! Great coaching staff!!! Thank you for taking time in ensuring kids find joy in developing themselves into little adults of the future!!!

Our ten year old LOVED his first class. It was very fun and he got to learn some techniques on the spot. The instructors were professional, friendly and helpful. We will be signing up for the monthly membership.

This is an excellent boxing gym! Kelly and the other coaches are all amazing. My daughter trained here for a few months last year, but unfortunately, we had to stop due to issues with my driver’s license and my personal schedule. It’s such a pity because she really enjoyed it. I hope that once my schedule stabilizes, I can send her back to continue her training. I highly recommend this place!

I joined Kwest during a really difficult chapter in my life. I was extremely nervous on my first day, but was instantly made comfortable by the energy and kindness of the community. Joining Kwest is the best thing I have ever done. Instructors such as Kelly, Dom, Lindsay, Jen, Manny, Derek, and Si are all extremely knowledgeable and just really honest and good people. They make learning easy and fun. I am humbled and honoured to have been exposed to such an opportunity with such amazing people. I can not say enough good things about the facility, staff, and gym members. Joining is a must!! Thank you for everything guys.

I attended a beginners class for one hour tonight. The instructor Kelly was very detailed in his movements when teaching. He had many students to attend to and he made a point to come to each student and give individual attention too. I will be going back for beginners of course. The gymnasium was big enough to accommodate a variety of talents. Why not give this school a try!

I had an incredible experience. I took the sparring class and trained with technical and supportive sparring partners. After I did the conditioning class. One of the best work outs I have ever done. If you’re in Winnipeg you have to go to Kwest. They are so friendly and accommodating and you will train with amazing people. Recommend!!!

My son has been showing interest in boxing and wanting to stay fit and healthy. Decided to do a free trial here, as he can be indecisive. He was a little nervous as he has no experience prior. He had a blast the first class and got in a good workout and of course learned something new. He’s excited and looks forward to the next class! Such a great learning experience and also to build confidence. The staff here is super friendly, patient, encouraging an accommodating. Fun atmosphere, highly recommended!

This was my daughter’s first class. She was a little nervous going in as she’s had no martial arts experience prior to today. The staff there was super friendly, especially Lindsay that took the time to work with her in an extremely positive way and make her feel comfortable. She’s excited about her next class. Couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Trained at K West for over two years. Came because the Jiu Jitsu classes were amazing under Dave but also tried a few kick boxing classes with Kelly and the other trainers. Overall it is a great environment to train especially for beginners. I recommended many people to come down to train once those old mats were gone. Only leaving 1 star because Kelly is kind of sketchy guy and wouldn’t let me out of contract a month early and didn’t even offer a refund.
