Great gym. Perhaps the only gym in this area that does 6am classes, which is great for working parents. Instructors really help you improve your game and often give tailored advice based on your rolls. My daughter has also started training here and she loves it.

I’ve been training here with my son for a number years and it’s a great environment. Nice open space, teachers and training partners are the right mix of friendly and competitive. 6am and adults/kids classes are also great for me as a working parent.

Started off as a complete beginner and the guys at Kronos have helped me so much in progressing my bjj. They have always prioritised a safe and supportive environment for everyone looking to learn and improve their skills and I 100% recommend them.
