  Such a big part of my week coming here, the coaches and the environment are big part of my addiction attending classes and the gym multiple times a week!   My sons have been training here and absolutely love it. The coaches are fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and great with all ages and abilities. They’ve grown in confidence, fitness, and discipline since joining. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and everyone has made them feel part of the team. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to train.

  Brilliant gym for all ages. I train in the gym personally while my 7-year-old has been attending MMA classes since November. He looks forward to every session. Since starting, he’s completed a full cycle, gone through grading, and the confidence boost has been amazing to see. Great coaches, friendly atmosphere, and a really supportive community. Can’t recommend Kraken MMA Bedford highly enough.

  My kids have been going to Kraken MMA & Fitness for the last 3 years and absolutely love it. They both train in MMA and BJJ, and not once have they ever not wanted to go - they actually choose to do around 10 hours of classes every week! It’s definitely worth every penny and great value for what they get out of it. The coaches are brilliant - really attentive, supportive, and know when to push the kids to help them improve. All the children are respectful and work well together, which creates such a positive environment. It’s been amazing for building confidence, self-esteem, discipline, and strength. I’ve also joined myself and now do 3 fitness classes a week. I genuinely enjoy it and have already seen great results. Would highly recommend Kraken to anyone thinking about joining.

  We have been bringing our children to Kraken for a while now and we could not recommend it enough. Our son trains in MMA, BJJ and wrestling and has come on so much since he started. The coaches are brilliant with the kids, patient and encouraging but also pushing them to be their best. Our daughter is just as passionate, training in MMA, BJJ and wrestling too and she absolutely loves every session. Seeing her confidence and skills grow has been such a joy to watch. The coaches have been amazing with her from day one. My wife has been doing the Fighting Fit sessions and thoroughly enjoys them. It has become a real highlight of her week and the coaches make every session fun as well as challenging. As a family we all look forward to coming through the door and that really does say everything about this place. The coaches genuinely care and it shows in every single class. Thank you to everyone at Kraken, from the whole Rudkin family.

  I love coming to jujitsu classes here. Tim and Tom are some of the most pleasant, welcoming people I've ever met. Their knowledge is extensive and I'm always learning and polishing moves. Its been a pleasure getting to know the other ladies training here. I LOVE THE SAUNA and the showers are always toasty! Absolutely delighted I came across this gym. Thankyou to all the staff and people I've met here!

  Joined a few weeks ago. Wish I had joined sooner, amazing place to train. All the coaches are fantastic, and members. Very friendly environment, the classes are brilliant, they know how to put you through your paces. Highly recommend this place. The sauna is good too. 👍💪👊

  Initially being uneasy and slightly nervous, the Kraken team where very welcoming, friendly and made me feel confident quickly. They talked me through what they do, the experience they have and how they can accommodate to all experience levels. Having no experience with any combat sport and always wanting to get into it I love this pace. The classes are different and engaging every time. They are designed to push you to achieve your best physical self. They are welcoming of people at different levels both males and females. They are also welcoming for youngsters to build self confidence. Already making good progress. 10/10. Looking forward to more sessions.

  I can’t praise this gym highly enough. My 8 year old son started a couple of months ago having not done anything like this before. All the staff are very welcoming and extremely professional and my son loves the sessions (he actually asked if he could practise his Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instead of playing on the Xbox before he went to bed tonight… that says something). Highly recommended.

  My 5yr old son and I started training here in August 2019, and we love it, can't get enough of the place. It's helped my son in so many ways, his focus and concentration levels have improved along with his overall confidence. The fact that he enjoys it so much is due to the well thought out class structure and the friendly professional coaches which make the whole place buzz with a positive friendly atmosphere. A few months later my wife joined and enjoys the weekly yoga classes. It really is a great family friendly place to stay active and keep fit, whatever your fitness goals are I would highly recommend Kraken. There's even a café on site and a sauna, really couldn't ask for more!

  My son started here recently and I have to say we are both loving it. He has his passion back for MMA and his passion is matched by the coaches and all who train there. The facilities are clean and fresh with a great area downstairs for parents/members to sit and socialise. The staff are all fully trained, the atmosphere is friendly and most importantly for the younger ones - IT’S FUN! Keep it up Kraken!
