I've been doing Aikido for a whopping three months now, It's like I'm practically a black belt already.......others may question that. Our Sensei is basically the Yoda of Aikido, imparting ancient wisdom with the patience of a saint, to teach you the art of "gentle persuasion." Like a dojo version of Cheers, where everybody knows your name.

This Aikido class is excellent. The close attention to detail in training really helps with the knowledge and development of technique. I always feel energised and uplifted after training.

I had a great training session last. We covered quite a few techniques and got a good workout while having a laugh at the same time. Really enjoyable. Looking forward to next week.
