Best gym in Brighton for sure, for several reasons that trump everything else; great equipment, a well designed and cool looking gym too, also a very convenient central location. But most importantly, they have nice and friendly staff - which I cannot say the same for other similar gyms PHX Hove specifically.
Kings gym has got to be the best in Brighton, eveything you could want or need from a gym. The staff are super friendly and attentive to everything, the equipment is the best of its kind and the everybody has great gym etiquette. Couldn't recommend highly enough, found my love for the gym again coming here. Honourable mention to the Sauna too 💪🏽
Great gym, great staff, such a friendly gym and lots of good equipment. The sauna is unnecessarily hot but I love it after every workout. Great Manager too, he knows everyone and always has a welcoming smile.
Best Gym in Brighton – Highly Recommended! Kings Gym is hands down the best gym in Brighton! The equipment is top-notch – everything is modern, professional, and really well maintained. Whether you're into strength training, bodybuilding, or just general fitness, they’ve got everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s clear they care about the members and maintaining a great atmosphere. The people who go here are also really positive and respectful – it’s a great community to be part of. If you're serious about training or just want a motivating place to work out, I can’t recommend Kings Gym enough!
I like the Gym staff are pretty friendly. Gym is nice and clean as is the changing rooms and toilets, great place to train without no distractions or 100’s of kids taking up equipmentlike other gyms in Brighton, I would say the only downside is I feel it needs more back equipment and there is a lot of wasted space which could be filled with more equipment but hopefully that comes in time. but other than that good Gym good vibe good place To switch off and crack on and just train.
Well stocked in terms of equipment. Friendly, helpful, welcoming staff members. Relatively clean changing rooms. Reasonable membership rates. Overall, very good.
Looks good can me and my friend come were 13 do you allow children were looking to lock in this summer to get the girls so ye
Posted 2 months agoPros: Brand new materials and new gym with very central location. Modern equipments and use of space is excellent. If you’re into bodybuilding - it is a really good gym. Cons: Overpriced gym for Brighton for the service provided. Since I joined the sauna never opened which has now been over 8 months after management repeatedly mentioned it would be done “next month”. Changing rooms (at least the men’s changing rooms) need to be cleaned thoroughly as there are serious hygiene issues. And lastly, apparently we are not allowed to train/bring bags in the gym for health and safety reasons which is something I never heard before.
