  A quality gym to train at. Skilled and friendly coaches and friendly training partners. A great facility with weights room, sauna, and cheap how yoga. Would recommend to anyone looking to train mma.

  10/10 Phenomenal place! Incredibly friendly staff and coaches, with a supportive environment.😄 Elvis Sinosic the owner of the school is a legend and the first ever Australian UFC fighter, allowing students to learn in a professional, knowledgeable, yet fun environment. I started with their 1-week free trial just to get a feel for the classes, and now that it’s over, I’m definitely planning to come back some day! Classes are safe and suitable for all levels. Highly recommend this gym if you are looking to improve or just to have fun!

  I use to train here years ago and it was good back then. I went to put my 6 year old child in a kickboxing class and advised the team that he has no experience and it will be his first time, which they said they were ok with. We got to class and i advised the team again it was his first time just to make sure they were aware of the situation. The class started and they skipped rope for 5mins my son was not doing it correctly and it was me that was trying to assist him from the side, after this they then apparently had "quiet time". Every parent looked at each other and even asked what the hell was going on, this went for about approximately 5 or so minutes. There were 4 trainers on the mat who were meant to help out, 1 main trainer and 3 assistant ones, The 3 assistant ones seemed to be more interested in having conversations with themselves whilst some kids training had no clue on what to do. Immediately i noticed there was no care or support for my son and even a few other kids who were struggling to understand what to do and how to do it. I had to ask over and over again if someone could assist him so it could make his experience better, and whilst only one of the assistant trainers went next to him once to try and help him... my son was getting hammered by this kid for most of the remainder of the class by a child who was obviously way more experienced than him. It got so bad that to the point he started crying and i told him to walk off the mat and come to me. The main trainer seemed to not care less about the kids in my opinion and the other assistant trainers seemed to be there to have a chat. I expressed my disappointment to the staff member behind the desk and there was barley any care in his response. Since then no one cared to see how our experience was whether it be good or bad, which shows clearly no one cares. As i said, this place was way better when i use to train there years ago, now it seems they have dropped the ball completely. what a complete disappointment. I would not recommend anyone taking their child to this place until the trainers learn how to do there job properly.
