I’ve been visiting Kinetic BJJ on and off for years now, and it’s always been a great experience. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, whether it’s your first visit or your tenth. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and there’s always a great group of people to train with.
The rolls are always high quality, and the gym itself is clean, professional, and well looked after. If you’re looking for a place to train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with great coaching and an excellent team environment, I’d highly recommend Kinetic BJJ.
Excellent teaching, step by step easy to understand all the techniques, recommended for children like my son to also reduce the time spent using gadgets.

Fantastic BJJ gym with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about progress. I have a stoma and have been able to train comfortably and confidently with no issues at all. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start or continue their BJJ journey.

Excellent BJJ gym with knowledgeable and approachable coaches. Everyone at the gym is very understanding of their partners abilities and limitations, making it a very safe environment to learn and experiment. If you’re nearby drop in for a class beginner or experienced.
Kinetic BJJ has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences with this gym. Very friendly atmosphere and complete, clean facilities. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Started nearly 2 weeks ago, as a beginner this sport can be quite daunting, however the instruction from the coaches and more experienced lads helps you settle in, this is great place and id recommend to anyone.
I visit Northern Ireland a lot and since starting the sport I drop in and train with Kinetic whenever I travel over. Such a great gym. Excellent facilities, really friendly members and welcoming for newbies. I am new to the sport and of a very low level and despite that I was welcomed into all sessions as if I were part of the club. It’s a very male dominated sport but felt like such a safe space for a woman to go and train without being intimated. Highly recommend and if I were permanently local I’d definitely be a member!

There's a really welcoming atmosphere and a great set of coaches in Marty, Gav, and Seamy.
