Adrian’s JJ class for kids is amazing - it’s given my daughter so much confidence and the skills she’s learning will be so useful for her in future - just giving her an awareness and knowledge of how to handle any situation. Aside from the practicality , it’s a great sport for any child to build strength and coordination. Adrian makes the class super fun and my daughter looks forward to it every week.

Fantastic Jiu jitsu classes for my daughter, she really enjoys the sessions that are taught in a really fun way, and with a great crowd of kids. I really appreciate the ethos of the coaching and what they're trying to achieve, and create life skills for the kids both physically and mentally.

I never thought I would enjoy jiu jitsu until I came to these classes. Marcus is super knowledgeable and a great instructor for breaking things down for my understanding. Great friendly vibe in the classes where we get to try techniques on each other safely.
