great gym, owners, and instructors! super flexible and knowledgeable. highly recommend :) editing my review to add as i’ve now been training here for almost 6 months: coach anna has truly changed my life and left me a better person than before. every person at kasa is a gem and creates such a safe environment to learn, practice, and improve at BJJ. no matter the level of experience, you are welcome. could not recommend enough!
KASA is an incredible place for kids. My 7-year-old, Leo, has been training here and he absolutely loves it. A huge shoutout to Alex—the patience and care shown during the sessions is top-notch. It’s a very beginner-friendly and supportive environment, and Alex does an amazing job of making sure the kids feel confident and engaged while learning. The staff is friendly, the gym is welcoming, and the overall vibe is just what we were looking for. Highly recommend!
Alex is kind and caring instructor. He gives alot of attention to his students and vis very patient and passionate. The gym is very beginner friendly aswell.
