  I have joined one day course self defence, containment of aggressive situations and it’s useful for my daily life and work life facing unpredictable behaviour of clients. Highly recommend for everyone to learn from the instructors here. The instructors are very professional and expert in the field. Must join!!!!!! You won’t regret! It’s helpful!
